Privacy requests

Use this page to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information — whether you're a buyer who inquired through one of our agents, or an agent with an account of your own. We verify it's really you with a one-time code before doing anything, and respond within 30 days. See our full privacy policy for details on what we collect and why.

What deleting your information removes:

  • Your contact details and the full conversation history tied to your inquiry
  • Any private notes an agent added about you
  • Records of any "keeping in touch" emails sent to you, including their content
  • Your info from that agent's contact list, so it won't resurface there

In most cases we remove all of this. We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made and completed — the date, and the contact info you used to submit it — so we can show we honored your request. We may also need to retain certain records where required by law.
